Can I do sessions online, or do I need to come in person?
You can absolutely have fully personalized online sessions, designed around your unique needs. We work together to release stress, balance your energy, and help you feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned — all from the comfort of your home.
For those ready for a deeper, high-impact experience, there’s the Rapid Release Method — an in-person, signature approach I developed from my own healing journey. I combined everything I’ve learned — energy work, mindset work, emotional processing, and intuition — into a method that creates lasting change.
It’s a three-step program:

Online prep session (1 hour) – We clarify what’s holding you back and what to focus on in-person.

In-person Rapid Release Method session (2–2.5 hours) – The core session, where deep emotional, energetic, and physical shifts happen. Some clients may notice temporary dips in energy or mood as their system integrates the work — this is normal. Most bounce back quickly feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

Online follow-up session – Integration, guidance, and optional meditations or energy work to help maintain momentum and support ongoing shifts.

Pranic Energy Healing is a complementary approach that works alongside medical care, based on the understanding that your body naturally knows how to heal when it feels safe, calm, and supported.
